In the Autumn 2020 I had the honour and pleasure of collaborating on an interesting group project for FableWood, a company that designs and manufactures unique products: Beautiful wooden animals composed of different magnetic parts that allow you to disassemble and reassemble them like a three-dimensional puzzle.
Safe for children and inspired by the great tradition of Danish Design, the FableWood products are built to last both for play and display.
By taking part of a program organised by Lead the Talent, I was lucky enough to be selected by the FableWood company, together with four talented and competent colleagues.
In this interdisciplinary project, all members of our group put their individual skills to good use, with the aim of producing something that could create value for the company.
Among other things, our team carried out the following activities: Preparation of various POS materials for retailers and related tests, development of strategies and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives, optimization of internal processes and materials, analysis of various markets, Website editing and optimization, content creation and idea generation.
Within these activities I carried out the following tasks in particular: Market analysis in Asia and Europe, with particular focus on the Italian market, participation in the design of branding strategies and production of graphic materials, both digital and for printing.
