Who I am

As perhaps you had guessed, I am from Italy. I was born and grew up in Sardinia, a beautiful island in the heart of the Mediterranean.

Some years after I completed my studies at the University of Cagliari, I moved to Northern Italy, in the fascinating city of Verona, where I worked as a Copywriter and Web Content Editor for several years.

Then I moved to the wonderful city of Rome, where I primarily worked as an Organisational Secretary for the Smith Kline Foundation.

Since 2011 I live in the beautiful Denmark, where I moved to in order to join my Danish husband.

In Denmark I have completed a new education at the Business Academy as a Multimedia Designer, and I got several interesting working experiences.

I am looking forward to experiencing new stimulating perspectives.

Why the pink flamingo? Because in some way it represents the geographical area from which I come, that is South Sardinia.

Our identity is what we reflect on everything we do, and how we carry it with us.

My identity is tightly bound to my native island: its wild nature, the smells and the colours of the Mediterranean Sea will always be a part of my way of thinking, writing and designing.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

I am very curious, and I am always trying to learn something new.

Watching movies, visiting museums, reading, listening to music, as well as yoga and food culture are some of my primary hobbies and interests.

I care about environmental protection, human rights, poverty reduction and animal welfare.

In addition, I like to get involved in voluntary activities, and together with my husband Jens Viggo I have been a board member of the Italian cultural association “Dante Alighieri - Southwest Jutland” from 2015 to 2017.
